How it works

From booking your trip to getting online abroad — five steps, and that's all.

   Plan the trip

   Once you know where and when you're going, the only thing left is data. No queueing at an airport SIM counter.

   Choose and buy

   Pick your destination and how many days, choose a plan, and pay. No account needed — about three minutes. Your QR code arrives by email right away.

   Add the eSIM before you leave

   For most plans, your days start when the eSIM comes online at your destination — adding it does not start the clock. Add it before you leave and land ready.

   Connect your phone to Wi-Fi first — downloading the eSIM needs a connection.

   1. Open the email we sent you.
   2. Tap the Install button — it goes in by itself.
   3. If it doesn't, install it from the QR code instead.

   ⚠️A few products do start the clock when the eSIM is added. Always check the activation method on the product page and in your QR email.

   Switch it on when you land

   After you land, turn the eSIM you installed on, and make sure Data roaming is ON. That is what connects you to the local network — and for most plans, this is when your days start.

   ⚠️Turn your existing SIM's line OFF. If the settings are wrong, that SIM can run up expensive roaming charges. If you do need to keep using it while travelling you can leave it on — just remember the roaming charges still apply.

   Then just travel

   Maps, messages, everything works as it does at home. Your existing number stays active, so you won't miss a call.

A few products activate differently — your product's own flow is shown on its product page and your order page.

If something goes wrong

Check that your device supports eSIM and is not SIM-locked.

⚠️Do not delete the eSIM.
If it won't install, or it installs but won't connect, leave it in place. Once deleted it cannot be reissued or refunded. Contact us before you touch it.
