How you receive the plan depends on the product. Some plans have no QR code (for example those we activate remotely); for those, the product page and your order page explain how you receive it.
Full refund before the eSIM is added to your device (before the QR code is scanned). Once added, no refund is possible, whether or not the line has been activated.
Plans that start the moment you buy them cannot be cancelled, even before the QR code reaches you.
The USA SIM, which we activate remotely, is refundable only if you contact us at least 2 days before the scheduled activation date (US time).
An eSIM-capable, SIM-unlocked device is required. Please check the list of supported devices.
