Affiliate programme terms

These terms apply to anyone taking part in the eSIM.co.jp affiliate programme operated by CLAYTON DIVIDE VALLEY CORPORATION.

Participation begins when we approve it. We may decline an application without giving a reason.

We issue a personal referral link to each participant, and in some cases a coupon code as well.

You must mark referring posts clearly as advertising (in Japanese, PR or 広告). Posts without that mark are outside the programme. Do not use superlatives you cannot evidence, or state prices, data volumes or conditions that are not accurate.

The reward (a fixed amount per order, or a percentage) is agreed individually. A percentage is calculated on the amount actually paid after any discount. An order counts as referred by a link if it is placed within 30 days of the click. An order matching both a coupon and a link is counted once.

A reward is confirmed 14 days after the order, if there has been no cancellation or refund.

Once confirmed rewards reach JPY 1,000, we pay in steps of JPY 1,000. Anything below that is carried over. Method and timing are notified separately. Taxes are handled according to law.

Your own orders and those of your family, orders we judge to have been created improperly, orders from posts that breach clause 4, and orders that were cancelled or refunded.

Bidding on our trade marks (including eSIM.co.jp) in search advertising; infringing the rights of us or others; harming our reputation; generating access or clicks by automated means.

You may end your registration at any time. We may suspend or end it without notice if these terms are breached. Rewards already confirmed are still paid, except where clause 8 applies.

We may change these terms. The changed terms apply once posted on our site.
