Before you buy

This is an activation booking. You do not receive a QR code at purchase.
You add the eSIM after you land in the US, on the airport's free Wi-Fi. It cannot be set up before you leave.
We activate the line between 7 and 10 AM US Pacific Time on your arrival date. Your plan starts at activation.
Same-day activation is not possible — the earliest arrival date is tomorrow. Enter the date as the local US date.
You need your EID and IMEI. Dial *#06# in the phone app to see both. If two IMEIs are shown, either one is fine.
Data, calls and texts work inside the US only.
Once activated, this plan cannot be cancelled or refunded.

How to find your EID and IMEI

Dial *#06# in the phone app — both numbers appear on screen.
iPhone: also under Settings > General > About.
Android: also under Settings > About phone.

EID (32 digits)Spaces and hyphens are fine.

IMEI (15 digits)Enter the number of the phone you will install the eSIM on. If two IMEIs are shown, either one is fine.

Date you arrive in the US (local date)Choose the local date you arrive in the US (not Japan time). Same-day activation is not possible — the earliest is tomorrow. We activate the line between 7 and 10 AM US Pacific Time on your arrival date.

We accept credit cards (VISA / Mastercard / JCB / AMEX).
